Abstract
In the context of globalization of the economy, the issues of increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises are becoming more and more relevant. Management plays a key role in achieving this goal, as it allows optimizing the use of resources, improving the quality of products and services, as well as improving the competitiveness of the company.
This article discusses the theoretical approaches of management and its impact on the economic efficiency of the enterprise, the relationship between effective management and the economic performance of the enterprise, as well as the key challenges faced by managers in the context of globalization
