TELEMETRY IN SPACE RESEARCH: METHODS OF COLLECTING SCIENTIFIC DATA
Keywords:
Space Telemetry, Remote Data Collection, Spacecraft Monitoring, Optical Communication, Deep-Space Exploration.Abstract
Telemetry plays a crucial role in space research by enabling the remote collection and transmission of scientific data from spacecraft, satellites, and interplanetary probes. This technology allows researchers to monitor environmental conditions, spacecraft performance, and various scientific measurements in real time. Telemetry systems utilize advanced sensors, communication networks, and data processing techniques to ensure accurate and reliable information gathering. This paper explores the key methods used in space telemetry, including radio frequency transmission, optical communication, and deep-space data relay. Furthermore, we discuss the challenges of telemetry in extreme space environments and the future advancements that will enhance data acquisition for deep-space exploration.
