The article examines the theoretical foundations of managing foreign trade and investments, factors affecting them, as well as changes occurring in the global economy and their impact on countries' foreign economic relations. The article also discusses the necessity of creating a favorable environment for investment and trade exchange between countries, and what strategies and policies should be implemented to achieve this. Detailed opinions are also expressed about the most effective methods of attracting investments and ways to achieve them.
