This scientific thesis is based on the relevance and necessity of effective management of financial resources in ensuring the financial stability of joint-stock companies. Approaches to the scientific and theoretical aspects of managing financial resources are presented. Scientific recommendations for improving the financial resource management mechanism in joint-stock companies have been developed.
