PARAMETRIC STABILIZED SECONDARY POWER SOURCE WITH IMPROVED HARMONIC COMPOSITION OF OUTPUT VOLTAGE.
Main Article Content
Abstract
Transformer-based power sources with nonlinear magnetic components are used to supply unattended devices that require exceptionally high reliability. By incorporating soft magnetic amorphous alloys in the design of transformers and nonlinear magnetic components, these power sources achieve high reliability and the necessary weight and size characteristics. This article examines a parametric stabilized AC power source with an improved harmonic composition of the stabilized voltage. The improvement in the harmonic composition of the voltage is achieved by applying a portion of the voltage, amplified by a magnetic amplifier and antiphased to the coil voltage, to the nonlinear coil. As a result, harmonics that are multiples of three are subtracted from the main voltage.
