Abstract
The development of regional economies is closely linked to the efficient mobilization and management of investment. Attracting investment is crucial for fostering sustainable growth, creating jobs, and improving living standards. This article explores the key mechanisms and strategies to enhance the process of attracting investments to regional economies, with a specific focus on emerging markets like Uzbekistan. The study discusses both domestic and foreign investment sources, barriers to investment, and policy measures that can be adopted to make regions more appealing to investors.
