Abstract

This paper explores various methods to enhance the investment attractiveness of regions in order to attract foreign investors. In today’s globalized economy, foreign direct investment (FDI) plays a crucial role in regional development by fostering economic growth, creating jobs, and improving infrastructure. The study focuses on identifying key factors that influence the decision-making process of foreign investors, including political stability, economic policies, infrastructure quality, and the ease of doing business. Additionally, the paper examines strategies that regional governments can adopt to improve their investment climate, such as offering tax incentives, streamlining regulatory procedures, and enhancing public-private partnerships. The research provides practical recommendations for boosting investment flows and increasing the region’s global competitiveness.
