DEVELOPMENT OF BALANCE IN GIRLS ENGAGED IN KURASH WRESTLING

The article considers theoretical and methodological aspects of balance development in teenage girls engaged in the national martial art - kurash wrestling. The importance of coordination abilities, in particular balance, for the successful performance of technical techniques and increasing overall competitive stability is noted. An analysis of scientific literature on the problem is presented, physiological characteristics of girls of this age are identified, methods and means of balance development are substantiated. A set of exercises aimed at developing static and dynamic balance is developed and tested, its effectiveness in the conditions of the training process is shown. The results obtained can be used in the practice of training young athletes.
