IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF TEACHING UNIVERSITY STUDENTS TO PLAY BASKETBALL

The article discusses approaches to improving the methodology of teaching university students to play basketball in the context of implementing physical education programs. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the quality of physical training and the formation of sustainable technical and tactical skills in students. The principles of organizing the educational process are described, taking into account the individual characteristics of students and modern requirements for the content of classes. Effective pedagogical techniques and methods aimed at activating educational activities, developing motor skills and increasing students' interest in basketball are proposed. The conclusions of the article confirm the need to implement an integrated and differentiated approach to teaching students team sports.
