PHYSICAL TRAINING OF SAMBO WRESTLERS AT THE INITIAL TRAINING STAGE

The article examines the specifics of physical training of young sambo wrestlers at the initial training stage. The tasks, means and methods used to develop the basic physical qualities required in sambo are revealed. The importance of comprehensive physical development as a foundation for subsequent mastery of technical and tactical elements of wrestling is emphasized.
