Abstract

This article analyzes the state and prospects of the digital development of the mortgage market in Uzbekistan. The growing demand for mortgage loans, the need to introduce modern technologies, and the current state of digital services are discussed. Also, based on the experience of developed countries such as Estonia, Singapore, Poland, and South Korea, directions for automating mortgage services, using artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies are studied. Through an analysis of international experience, important practical recommendations for Uzbekistan are formulated. The article puts forward proposals for improving the quality of service, transparency, and efficiency through the digitalization of the mortgage market.
