Аннотация

This article deals with the issues based on the role of problem-based learning (PBL) in fostering independent learning skills among students pursuing a degree in tourism. PBL encourages students to engage with real-world scenarios, analyze complex problems, and develop practical solutions. The study highlights the effectiveness of this approach in equipping students with critical thinking, decision-making, and self-directed learning abilities essential for the tourism industry. Practical examples, including case studies, simulations, and authentic materials, are analyzed to demonstrate how PBL prepares students for professional challenges.
