Abstract

At the beginning of their studies, students of a technical university have the highest indicators of working capacity and adaptive capabilities.  Recovery lags behind performance. In the learning process, there is a progressive deterioration in adaptation, the leading causes of which are insufficient recovery, poor nutrition, decreased motor activity, and a mismatch between work and rest.
